What Does the Lifetime Warranty Cover?

If a repaired rock chip begins spreading from the original repair area, contact us and we'll inspect the damage.
Free Re-Repair When Possible
If the damage can be repaired again, we will re-repair it at no additional charge.
Refund If the Repair Fails
If the original repair has failed and can't be successfully re-repaired, we'll refund the cost of the original repair.
The warranty applies to the original repaired damage only. New rock chips, new impacts or cracks that begin elsewhere on the windshield are not covered.
What Isn't Covered by the Warranty?
The lifetime warranty covers the original windshield chip repair but it doesn't cover new or unrelated damage to the windshield.
New Rock Chips or Impacts
New damage caused by rocks, road debris or another impact isn't related to the original repair and isn't covered.
Cracks From Another Area
Cracks that begin somewhere other than the original repaired chip aren't covered by the repair warranty.
Windshield Replacement
The warranty covers the cost of the original windshield chip repair. It does not cover the cost of a replacement windshield if replacement becomes necessary.
Damage to the Windshield After Repair
Damage caused by an accident, vandalism, extreme impact or other unrelated event isn't covered.
