Where is your shop?
We don’t have a shop. A certified technician will come to you. We service Edmonton and the surrounding area.
How much do windshield repairs cost?
Can you repair the rock chip in my windshield?
If you have a rock chip that is less than the size of a toonie, we can repair it.
Will the rock chip disappear after the repair?
How long does a rock chip repair take?
Most rock chip repairs take approximately 20-30 minutes. We ask that you make your vehicle available for one hour.
How soon can I drive my car after my windshield has been repaired?
The resin used to repair your windshield cures within a few minutes by using a UV light. You will be able to drive your car as soon as your windshield repair is complete.
What is your windshield repair warranty?
We offer a lifetime warranty on all our windshield repairs. We will issue you a full refund should your windshield repair fail, for as long as you own your vehicle.
When are you open?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Booking An Appointment
Do I need an appointment for my rock chip repair?
Yes, you must book an appointment for a rock chip repair. We are a mobile service that comes to you. We do not have a walk-in shop.
How do I book a windshield repair?
You can book your appointment online 24/7. Book your windshield repair here. If you have any questions or concerns, give us a call at 780-220-3719 during our regular business hours.
How do I know that you have accepted my appointment?
You will receive an email confirming your appointment. We will also send you a text message reminder one hour before your service.
What happens if you do not accept my appointment?
If we can’t accept your appointment, Dynamo Windshield Repair will contact you via phone or email. Your payment card is not charged.
Where can I leave feedback?
After your service, you can submit feedback from the receipt provided by Square, Inc. If you have further feedback or comments, you can contact us directly.
After Your Appointment is Booked
What if I need to cancel or change my appointment after I've booked it?
- In the case of prepaid service booked through dynamorepair.ca, a cancellation fee, plus applicable taxes, may be charged if the service is cancelled in full.
- You will be refunded your original payment amount minus the cancellation fee.
- We require 24 hours notice prior to cancelling your appointment.
- You may reschedule your service at any time without incurring any cancellation fee.
What should I do if my windshield is not repaired right?
The technician handles preparing and repairing your windshield chip. If something is not right, please let us know and we will work with the technician to make things right. Please contact us directly with the details of your appointment and your concern(s).
What if my technician does not show up?
If your technician has not arrived, please let us know immediately.
Pricing and Payment
Is there a fee for mobile service?
Nope! If you live or work in Edmonton, we will come to you free of charge.
If you are outside of Edmonton, a $19.99 mobile repair fee applies to your service.
Our mobile service area includes: Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, St. Albert, Strathcona County, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, Devon, Beaumont & Leduc.
Why do I have to prepay for my service?
Prepayment is an effective way to use our mobile service. This guarantees your slot on our technician’s route. Prepayment also eliminates the need for paper-statements, which helps reduce waste.
How much should I tip for my service?
Your technician receives 100% of tips provided. It’s up to you on how much you would like to tip.
