What is Dynamo Windshield Repair?

Dynamo Windshield Repair is a mobile windshield repair service.

We’ll come to you anywhere in Edmonton, Alberta. That means you can relax at home or stay busy at work, while we repair your windshield chip(s) or small crack. You can also book your appointment online within minutes!

Where is your shop?

We don’t have a shop. Our certified windshield repair technicians are mobile. We will come to your home, your work or anywhere else that is convenient for you.

How much does a Windshield Chip Repair cost?

One small windshield rock chip repair (1 inch) is $49.99. One large windshield rock chip repair (2 inches) is $69.99. It’s $9.99 for each extra rock chip repair on the same windshield. All our prices include free mobile service anywhere in Edmonton, Alberta.

What kind of Windshield Chips can you repair?

We can repair most windshield chips up to 2 inches in diameter. There are three common types of windshield chips: a bulls eye, a star break and a combination break. As long as your chip does not exceed past 2 inches, Dynamo can repair it!

How long does a Windshield Chip Repair take?

In most cases, your windshield chip repair will take 30 minutes or less. We ask that you make your vehicle available for one hour.

Is there a warranty?

Yes! We offer a lifetime warranty on all our workmanship. We will issue you a full refund should your windshield repair fail, for as long as you own your vehicle.

When are you open?

We are open Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 7:00pm and Sunday from 11:00am to 5:00pm. 

Booking An Appointment

How do I book an appointment with Dynamo Windshield Repair?

You can book your appointment online with our easy to use online booking platform. If you prefer to talk to a human, you can give us a call at (780) 220-3719 during our regular business hours. 

How do I know that you have accepted my appointment?

You will receive a confirmation text and email confirming that your appointment. We will also send you a friendly text reminder one hour before your service.

What happens if you do not accept my appointment?

If we can’t accept your appointment, Dynamo Windshield Repair will contact you via phone or email. Your payment card is not charged.

Where can I leave feedback?

After your service, you can submit feedback from the receipt provided by Square, Inc. If you have further feedback or comment, you can contact us via phone or email.

After Your Appointment is Booked

What if I need to cancel or change my appointment after I've booked it?

We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please contact us via phone or email.
 
If the technician is already on their way to your location, a cancellation fee of $25 applies.

What should I do if my windshield is not repaired right?

The technician handles preparing and repairing your windshield. If something is not right, please let us know and we will work with the technician to make things right. Please contact us via phone or email with the details of your appointment and your concern(s).

What if my technician does not show up?

If your technician has not arrived, please let us know immediately via phone.

Pricing and Payment

Is there a mobile repair fee to book an appointment?

Nope! All our prices include free mobile service anywhere in Edmonton. If you are outside the city of Edmonton, a $19.99 mobile repair fee applies to your service.

Our mobile service area includes: Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, St. Albert, Strathcona County, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, Devon, Beaumont & Leduc.

How much should I tip for my service?

Your technician receives 100% of tips provided. It’s up to you on how much you would like to tip.

Is it safe to pay with a credit card on Dynamo Windshield Repair?

Yes. Dynamo Windshield Repair employs all security standards and uses a leading payment provider. We deliver secure and reliable payment solutions.
